All of our in person consultations are free. We never charge for a written estimate, a property walk through, or information/informational guides. We only charge a Landscape Design Fee if the project requires structural and/or computer engineering. This fee varies depending on the scope of the individual job and will always be discussed transparently with the customer before any work is performed.

Can I contact BSL for an in person consultation even if I want to do the job myself?

Absolutely! The team at Big Sandy Landscaping is here to help - plain and simple. We are happy to give consultations, suggestions, information, constructive input, and anything else we possibly can to make your backyard dreams come true - even if we don't perform the job ourselves. Customer satisfaction is our first and foremost goal, regardless of the scale of our involvement.

I have old landscaping features in my yard, can you remove them and restore my yard?

We sure can! We can remove old patios, sidewalks, gardens etc. After removal, we can simply restore the property without new features, or we can help you with designing and installing new features.
